Some FCC actions have more than one document associated with them, such as a main document with separate appendices, or an Order or Notice with Commissioners’ statements presented separately. The app presents all of the associated documents by displaying the same title for each, with the notice (multi-part) in the title to indicate the association.
To cancel your paid subscription at any time, touch the “Settings” icon at the bottom of the screen, right side, and then touch the “Full Service” line under the word ACCOUNT. On the “Your Subscription” page, touch the “Cancel Subscription” link and follow the instructions. If you cancel in mid-month, the service will remain available to you for the remainder of the one-month period for which you have already paid. The subscription will not automatically renew after that.

Trouble Shooting

“404 Page Not Found” and “Gateway timeout” are default messages posted at a link’s destination when a document or page is not present at the link address presented in the app. Occasionally the FCC will post a link that the app finds before the FCC puts the target document or page in place. Most often these situations self-correct and the target is found when the link in the app is tried again after a period of time.
